Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage an extensive client portfolio across the globe
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by offering tailored solutions based on their requirements
  • Analyse and assess project revenue and profit growth on the client side of the business, reacting rapidly to market changes and revising plans to ensure long term success
  • Solve escalated issues and provide support to customers
  • Build companyʼs international client base by preparing and persuasively delivering successful pitches

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong English language knowledge: both writing and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills, work with data analysis
  • Strong communication skills
  • VoIP/SMS related skills will be considered as a advantage
