Travel Communication was founded in 2016 by professionals in the field of telecommunications, IT and business management. The company carries out termination and exchange of voice traffic on IP-based networks.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to escalated issues and provide technical support for designated technical functions
- Outage response, high-level systems analysis, evaluation, documentation, and implementation requiring a thorough knowledge of administrative and technical skills related to the VoIP/SMS SaaS platform
- Ability to independently solve complex problems and read technical documentation
- Skills to plan your own time and meet deadlines
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of Freeswitch, Kamailio
- In-depth knowledge of SIP monitoring/debugging/troubleshooting tools using Wireshark/SNgrep or other related tools
- Good understanding of TCP/IP stack and application layer protocols
- Hands on experience with configuration of – Firewall, Routing, VLAN, IPsec, VPN Proficiency in Linux environment
- Knowledge of technologies like Docker, Ansible, CI/CD, SQL, Git, Lua, Java, Python, PHP, Swoole, JS is an advantage
- Other VoIP/SMS related skills will be considered as a plus
